Help with Shopping Cart.

If you run into any glitches during your on-line Green Sky shopping, here are some hints.

Most importantly, the shopping cart takes you to a secure page. This can be identified in the address window by "https" vs the normal "http" at the beginning of each address. Green Sky Adventures, Inc. uses PayPal as a shopping cart provider. They are constantly vigilant for breeches in the security of yours and our information. Most often, if there is difficulty using the system, it is result of security measures which error on the side of safety. Don't give banking or credit card info unless you are sure the page is secure.
When you click on any "buy", or "add to cart" button, you will be directed to a shopping cart form which remembers the items you add. The buy button on some of our pages directs you to a page with multiple items, from which to select.
Netscape in earlier versions (4.7) of Netscape, when you view the cart, the quantity window may appear narrow. If you need to change the quantity of an item, click in the quantity window to the right of the number. Then, hit backspace for a couple of seconds, then the desired quantity. Click "update cart", and all should be correct.
Netscape Version 6.2 and maybe later, when you add an item to the cart, the window will appear with details blacked out. Click "update cart" for normal view. Item quantities can be viewed and changed easier than with earlier versions
Continue Shopping To add more items to the cart, you can either

Close the shopping cart window by Clicking the "X" at the upper right of the window (Best)
Click on the order page that brought your to shopping cart (OK)
Click the "Continue Shopping" button (OK)

Cost Calculator Our shopping cart can be used as a handy calculator for adding up potential orders. You will never be directed to "Check Out" without clicking the appropriate button. Even after you go to check out, there are a few more steps before your money is spent, so you should never be in a situation where you inadvertently place an order.
If all else fails, before you give up in disgust. Please, give us a call at 888 887-5625. We will either talk you through the process, or simply take your order the ole fashion way.
To Print there are at least a couple of ways. Click the "View Quote", or "View Cart" then print that page. Or, from the shopping cart window, right click in the window, and select "send page" This will send the page to whatever email address you specify. Put in your own email address, and send the page to yourself. You should then be able to print a copy from your email browser
