External Alternator Kit for the Rotax

• The external Alternator kit is easily installed and can give an increase of up to 40 amps from the standard 912 charging system.

• ASAP's external alternator kit comes with all the necessary components (other than wiring) to allow the owner of the Rotax 912 to achieve extra amperage.  The external alternator is driven by a pulley/belt setup which is attached to the standard 912 propellor flange. 

• Also there is an extra machined belt groove in the propellor flange pulley which could be used for another belt driven device such as a vacuum pump.  The complete assembly weighs under 9 lbs. and all components are CNC machined.
