A little background to avoid
confusion in mounting terminology....
Not too long after introduction of the EIS, requests
were made for a larger display. To meet these requests, the "Super Size"
display was introduced as an option. The super size soon became the preferred
version, and today, consequently has become the standard, replacing the
no longer produced smaller version. Both versions are shown in the
diagram below.
