Type A mounting to early 3 bolt cases can be accomplished by use of a special 3-bolt adapter Type A Gearboxes can be mounted in Up or down configuration only using the standard 4-bolt adapter 910 505 Type A Gearbox mounting on 277's is accomplished without adapter for "Down Configuration" but requires gear set with "short" drive gear. For "Up Configuration" the standard gear set is used but a 277 Up Drive Adapter (910 362 is required. |
