• Throttle and Choke Cables:  HKS Cables Available from HKS are cables which incorporate all the necessary ends at the carb side then  route to a high quality splitter where they join a single cable. That single cable exits it's housing as raw cable for the throttle. The builder / installer must determine an appropriate method of attachment at the throttle lever in the cockpit. In the case of the choke, the HKS cable comes with a Cam Over actuator for Panel mount. These are currently priced at $110.25 each.  $220.50 to do one engine.

We use a high quality nylon lined cable housing designed for minimal friction. Ninety degree swivel ends and custom solder fittings are used at the carburetor ends. Two short lengths of cable come together at a juction block where a single length of cable extents to a customer supplied actuator. Our ninety degree fittings incorporate adjusters where they join the cable rather than at the carburetor. This makes critical fine adjustments much easier. Beginning in 2008, our junction block incorporates an additional integral adjuster, and mounting tab, to secure the assembly to the engine. Jan, 2008 the complete assembly is priced at $89.25. We have a choke cable set and actuator just about ready to produce. Read more on that later. Another approach.  Route individual cables that  the builder / installer will join at a common point prior to termination at the actuators.
